  • Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and sweeping or mopping hard floors

  • Tidying up items and arranging cushions, throws, and linens

  • Cleaning mirrors, skirting boards, and windowsills

  • Emptying bins and replacing liners

Kitchen

  • Wiping down worktops, cupboard fronts, and appliance exteriors

  • Cleaning and disinfecting sinks, taps, and draining boards

  • Loading or emptying dishwasher, if needed

  • Wiping small appliances (e.g., microwave, toaster)

  • Sweeping and mopping floors

Bathrooms

  • Cleaning and disinfecting sinks, counters, and vanities

  • Scrubbing toilets, showers, and bathtubs

  • Polishing mirrors, taps, and shower screens

  • Restocking soap and toilet roll, if provided

  • Emptying bins and replacing liners

Additional Details:

      General Time Guidelines:

      • Studio / 1-Bedroom Flat: 1hours for a regular clean.

      • 2-Bedroom Flat or Small House: 1-1.5hours for standard cleaning.

      • 3-Bedroom House: 1.5-2 hours, especially if it includes thorough cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen.

      • 4+ Bedroom House: 2+ hours depending on the size and any additional requirements (e.g., extra bathrooms, larger kitchens).

      Factors That May Require Extra Time:

      • Extra Bathrooms or Kitchens: Each additional bathroom may add around 20-40 minutes, and kitchens typically add an additional 30-45minutes.

      • High-Traffic Areas: Living rooms or playrooms used frequently may need extra attention and time.

      • Extra Services: If you’re adding tasks like inside oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, or organizing cupboards, consider adding an extra 30 minutes to 1 hour per task.

      Additional Tips:

      • Weekly or Fortnightly Cleans: Homes that are cleaned more frequently often require less time per session.

      • Initial Deep Clean: For first-time clients or homes that haven’t had a recent clean, we recommend booking a longer session to ensure a thorough clean.

  • Supplies: We typically use your own cleaning products and equipment to ensure they meet your preferences and any specific needs. However, for convenience, we also bring our own products and equipment as a backup or in case any items are unavailable.
